Vivax is a friendly, small and active association where fun swimming is paramount.

Everyone is welcome and can choose between swimming lessons, fitness swimming and waterpolo for both youth and adults.

Vivax provides swimming lessons in swimming pool Poelmeer. Lesson lead up to A or B diplomas. After this children can continue with a number of different qualifications: swimming skills 1, 2 and 3. All lessons are taught in a safe and playful manner and are concluded with a diploma. The instructors are experienced and certified and fun and establishing good basic skills are at the heart of the Vivax swimming lessons. Vivax has the license Zwem ABC from the National Council Swimming Diplomas, proof of good swimming education for young and old. To maintain the license, the club is regularly tested. Swimming lessons are on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Fitness swimming

Do you like swimming and/or would like to get fitter? Join our club and start fitness swimming. Fitness swimming is for adults who want to improve their physical condition and like to improve swimming technique. You can start from any level as long as you have you A and B diploma. The trainings are led by an enthusiastic trainer. You are welcome to join a few times to give it a try.

Waterpolo

Water polo is a unique and challenging team sport, combining swimming, ball skills and tactics. At our cozy and small club, several teams are active, both youngster as well as adults.  We play waterpolo at Vivax with several teams starting with the FG (minis), youngsters in almost every age group and two men’s teams. Up to the age of 14 the teams play mixed. Do you have your A and B diploma and want to see if waterpolo is something for you? You are very welcome to join us for a few training sessions and to taste the atmosphere at our club.
